Sales Executive

**Role Overview**:
The Interior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and promoting interior design and fit-out solutions. The role requires a balance of sales expertise, design knowledge, and customer relationship management to deliver tailored interior solutions that align with client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through networking, site visits, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients to understand design requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Present interior solutions, material samples, and proposals effectively.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to prepare accurate quotations and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and achieve assigned targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent after-sales service.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, or real estate.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and design concepts (preferred).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
