**key responsibilities**
- Handle about 80-100 calls of customers on-boarded by sales team (Laser hair removal/ Derma facial)
- The initial call will be primarily to book delivery followed by issue resolution and query.
- Handling on successive calls
- Ensure query resolution within 24hrs and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
- Handle specific queries pertaining to our services.
- Overall problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary.
- Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all customers on excels.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of experience in Tele Sales/After Sales Support/Customer support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- The capacity to grasp quickly and self-learn
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
