**Job Summary**: As a Telecaller for a pre-primary school, your primary responsibility is to effectively communicate with parents and prospective parents to provide information about the school, answer their queries, and encourage them to enroll their children in our pre-primary programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1-Parent Engagement**:

- Initiate outbound calls to parents and prospective parents.
- Greet parents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the pre-primary school's curriculum, facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission process.
- Listen to parents' questions and concerns and address them promptly and accurately.

**2-Enrollment Promotion**:

- Explain the benefits of enrolling their children in the pre-primary school.
- Highlight the school's unique features, including its approach to early childhood education.
- Encourage parents to schedule school visits or attend information sessions.Explain the benefits of enrolling their children in the pre-primary school.

**3-Follow-Up**:

- Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Reach out to parents who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled their children.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- communication skills.
- Basic computer skills

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
