**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and promote company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales/marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Location: Talegaon, Varale

**Salary**: Not a constraint for the right person

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
