As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and result-driven individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, and fabrication industries.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, and government agencies.
Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote PrimeFab's services.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project leads.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Handle client inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain records of sales activities and generate reports.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the fabrication, construction, or infrastructure sector (Freshers are welcome).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical aspects of MS structure fabrication.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics is an advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel as required.
