**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training and Curriculum Delivery**
- Conduct classes on graphic design, web designing and other related software/tools.
- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions as per the curriculum.

**Mentorship and Support**
- Mentor students in developing their portfolios and showreels.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their projects.
- Assist students with queries related to technical and creative aspects.

**Industry Alignment**
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and multimedia.
- Incorporate industry practices and workflows into teaching methodologies.

**Academic Administration**
- Monitor student performance and maintain academic records.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum updates and improvements.

**Workshop and Seminar Participation**
- Conduct workshops on specialized topics such as software techniques or creative processes.
- Participate in and contribute to institutional events, including seminars, exhibitions, and webinars.

**Required Skills**:
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Dimensions, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Rush and Adobe Lightroom
- After Effects and Adobe Premier and Audition is the must.
- Deliver comprehensive training on web designing concepts, including responsive design, UI/UX principles, Figma, and web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

**Teaching and Communication**
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying skill levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
