Visual Content CreatorThis role involves creating captivating visual content that accurately represents the brand identity.Capture high-quality photographs of events, seminars, convocations, conferences, faculty interactions, and campus activities with attention to detail.Shoot campus lifestyle images for promotions, website use, brochures, and social media platforms.Conduct photoshoots for faculty, students, achievers, and guest speakers ensuring proper lighting, composition, and framing.Video ProductionProduce professional videos for events, campus highlights, student stories, promotional videos, and social media content.Create engaging short-form vertical content in Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style formats where applicable.Capture interviews, testimonials, and scripted promotional films.Operate drones (if preferred) for aerial videography.Post-Production EditingEdit photos consistently with a style aligned with the brand's identity.Edit videos using transitions, effects, background music, subtitles, and branding elements.Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of final content.Manage and organize media files, raw footage, and backups.Project CoordinationCoordinate with marketing teams, departments, and event coordinators for shoot planning.Prepare shot lists, storyboards, and schedule coverage.Keep equipment in good working condition including cameras, lights, gimbals, drones, batteries, etc.Provide creative input for campaigns, storytelling ideas, and content strategy.
