Description: Multimedia Specialist Full-TimeLocation: Gurugram (On-site)Experience: 2 to 4 YearsTeam: Content & Brand MarketingAbout HexaHealthAt HexaHealth, we dont just talk about healthcare we show it, design it, animate it, and bring it to life.We simplify medical concepts for millions of patients across India through powerful storytelling and human-centred visual communication.If you believe creativity can make healthcare more accessible, empathetic, and inspiring youll thrive here.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Multimedia Specialist who can transform complex healthcare information into scroll-stopping visuals, educational animations, and emotionally resonant stories.Imagine a patient understanding their surgery through an animation you craftedOr someone choosing HexaHealth because of a reel you producedYour work wont just create awareness it will influence decisions, build trust, and change lives.What Youll Do (Responsibilities)- Conceptualise and produce multimedia content videos, reels, animations, explainers, motion graphics, and visual assets- Translate complex medical concepts into simple, relatable, and visually compelling stories- Collaborate with doctors, writers, designers, marketers, and product teams- Create brand-consistent multimedia content for social media, ads, campaigns, and landing pages- Lead video post-production editing, sound design, typography, transitions, color correction, etc.- Explore and experiment with new creative formats, motion styles, visual techniques, and storytelling approaches- Maintain an efficient workflow from pre-production to final deliveryWhat Were Looking For (Requirements)2 to 4 years of professional experience in multimedia, video production, motion graphics, or similar creative rolesStrong proficiency in:- Adobe Premiere Pro- Adobe After Effects- Adobe Photoshop- Adobe IllustratorExperience with quick-design tools like Figma and CanvaKnowledge of modern video creation & AI-based tools, such as:- Veo 3- Runway- Pika- DescriptAny AI-assisted editing or motion tools (added advantage)Strong sense of timing, pacing, visual flow, and audiovisual storytellingAbility to simplify complex topics into engaging visual narrativesHigh attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to push creative boundariesBonus: Experience in healthcare, tech, or agency environments (ref:iimjobs.com)
