**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fashion Design and Interior Design to support curriculum development, content creation, assessment design, and industry collaboration in areas such as apparel design, têxtile technology, fashion merchandising, and sustainable fashion. The SME will play a key role in enhancing academic programs by integrating global best practices and innovations in fashion education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and update fashion design courses aligned with university and industry standards.
- Develop high-quality study materials, online learning modules, and multimedia content for fashion-related programs.
- Create engaging assignments, practical assessments, and evaluation metrics for fashion courses.
- Work with fashion brands, and industries to develop practical learning experiences, internships, and workshops.
- Incorporate emerging trends such as sustainable fashion, AI in fashion, and digital fashion design into the curriculum.
- Ensure programs meet educational and industry accreditation standards.
- Conduct faculty training sessions, skill-building workshops, and student mentoring programs.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Post 1 : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
- Post 2: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Interior Design

**Desirable**:

- Experience in academia, fashion/Interior industry, or training institutes.
- Expertise in Fashion/interior illustration, têxtile science, draping, garment construction, CAD software (Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D), and sustainable fashion.
- Strong knowledge of Fashion industry best practices, design thinking, and digital fashion

innovations.
- Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in content development, validation, assessment design, and curriculum planning.
- Strong knowledge of higher and skill educational best practices.

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Salary range**: 4,20,000-7,20,000 per anum
