Technical Skills: - Proficiency in School ERP functions (e.g., admissions, grading, fee management). - Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, and remote support tools (Anydesk, Ultraviewer,Teamviewer). - Familiarity with browsers, MS Office, and mobile devices. - Soft Skills: - Clear communication tailored to non-technical users (e.g., teachers, administrators). - Patience, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
