**IT Helpdesk - Fresher (0-1 Years)**
**Client Location**: TIDEL Park, Taramani, Chennai
**Company**: TechSmew Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and operating systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Perform basic tasks in Active Directory (password resets, user account creation, etc.).
- Provide support for MS Office, Outlook, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Log and track service requests in the IT ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support as per the defined process.
- Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding - system setup, access provisioning, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and networking.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**.
- Freshers will initially be considered for an **internship role**. Based on performance during the internship, further opportunities may be considered.

**Note**:
You will be working **from the client location (TIDEL Park, Taramani - Chennai)**.
