**Job Title**: Online Sales Executive

**Location**: Delhi Gate, Surat

**Salary**: INR 12,000 - 15,000 per month (based on experience)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage and optimize online sales channels, including e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
- Create compelling product listings and descriptions to attract and engage online customers.
- Monitor online sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online promotional campaigns and activities.
- Respond to online customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations and assistance to online customers to facilitate purchase decisions.
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and IT, to ensure smooth online sales operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an online retail environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing channels, and digital sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with online customers.
- Proficiency in using online sales tools and platforms, such as e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to optimize online sales performance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for online sales and customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
