**Purpose of the Job**:
Assisting Customer Inquiries by receiving incoming telephone calls and making Outbound Calls to help Sales Team to convert prospect Customer for Site Visit, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**A. Coordination with Customers, Site sales**
1. Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM
2. Answering all incoming inquiries with as little delay as possible
4. Convincing the leads to visit the site
5. Inform the Site Sales Team, the name of the customer and his time for visiting the site.
6. Helping the customer to reach the site
7. Arranging Cabs/Vehicles for customers if required and coordinating with them till they visit the site.
8. Attending walk-in customers at head office to provide details of any project as per requirement.
9. Educating customers by explaining our USPs and convincing them.
10. Attending property events or exhibitions and helping customers with requirements.
11. Inform customers about current payment offers at our sites.
12. Provide information about our upcoming projects.
13. Connecting new channel partners who call up by providing the concerned person's number along with relevant project information.
14. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
15. Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.
16. Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control.
17. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
**B. Marketing**
2. Collection and Interpretation of Data from Various Marketing Campaigns and Analysis of that Data.
3. Identification of Trends and Communication of These Trend Insights to the Respective Groups.
4. Planning, Executing And Measuring The Conversion Rates From Digital Marketing Campaigns
5. Identifying Crucial Customer Conversion Points And Drop Off Points That Maximizes User Funnels
6. Being Up To Date With Emerging Technologies And Use Of Them To Maximize Output
**C. Data / Report Management**
1. Call the Customer post-Site Visit to know their Feedback.
2. Maintaining concise and meticulous records of Follow-ups done for the same.
3. Daily Reporting in a predefined format.
4. Reporting the Quality of Leads attended to help refine Marketing Campaigns.
5. Collecting and updating price and unit details sheet of all Sites.
6. Maintaining a proper record of important details of each conversation and recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
7. Collect feedback from Customers and note the Useful Information and provide it to Management which helps in analyzing Customer needs.
**D. Competition and Market Knowledge**
1. Know the Competitors and projects nearby and understand the differential USP between our Projects and their projects along with their price points.
**E. Key Deliverables**:
1. The time taken to initiate first contact with new leads should be kept to less than 24 hours.
2. All Incoming Calls during business hours are to be attended to or called back within an hour.
3. Number of Site Visits.
**F. Key Challenges**:
1. Low Quality Leads often lead to wastage of time and effort.
2. Leads are lost when align to other Executive leading to a lower conversion ratio to show for the Efforts.
**G. Other Responsibilities**
1. To maintain an effective customer contact system that encourages new, repeat and referral business.
2. Attend team meetings; Share the best practices with colleagues.
3. Attend training & development sessions to develop relevant knowledge, techniques & skills, through interaction with customer.
4. Maintain and update relevant files.
**H. Management Reporting**:
1. Daily Report Submission (DRS)
2. Weekly Report Submission (WRS)
3. Monthly Report Submission (MRS)
**I. Corporate Discipline**:
1. Attending Training & Development Programs
2. Obeying Organization Policy and Discipline.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
