**Job Title**:Zoho CRM Executive

**Department**: Digital Marketing - Customer Care

**Job Summary**:
The Zoho CRM Executive will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and leveraging our Zoho CRM system to enhance customer engagement, improve retention, and effectively support sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves comprehensive data management, campaign execution, reporting, and ensuring the Zoho CRM system effectively serves overall business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Zoho CRM System Administration & Optimization**:

- Maintain and update the Zoho CRM database with accurate and current customer information, ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and reports to meet specific business needs.
- Monitor Zoho CRM system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improvement.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permissions within Zoho CRM.
- **Campaign Management & Execution**:

- Segment customer databases within Zoho CRM for targeted campaigns based on various criteria (e.g., purchase history, demographics, engagement level).
- Set up automated workflows and customer journeys using Zoho CRM's automation features.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports and dashboards within Zoho CRM on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, sales pipeline, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze CRM data to identify insights into customer engagement, churn risk, and opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders based on Zoho CRM data.
- **Customer Segmentation & Personalization**:

- Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies within Zoho CRM to enable personalized communication and outreach.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure personalized customer experiences across all touchpoints tracked in CRM.
- **Support & Training**:

- Provide first-level support and basic training to internal teams on Zoho CRM usage, best practices, and new features.
- Troubleshoot basic CRM-related issues and liaise with Zoho support when necessary.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals and integrate Zoho CRM with other tools.
- Stay updated with Zoho CRM's new features, updates, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:1-3 years of hands-on experience in a CRM-focused role, with demonstrable proficiency in Zoho CRM.
- **Skills**:

- Strong practical knowledge and experience with Zoho CRM features and functionalities.
- Proficiency in database management and ensuring data quality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from CRM reports.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with internal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling and system configuration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (for supplementary data analysis).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
