Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance on admissions requirements, programs of study, financial aid options, and campus life.
- Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and admissions interviews to engage with prospective students and address their questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our institution and recruit prospective students.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract a diverse and talented pool of applicants, including outreach events, partnerships, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with other departments, including academic advisors, financial aid officers, and faculty members, to provide seamless support and guidance to prospective students.
- Participate in admissions events, college fairs, and recruitment activities both on and off campus to represent our institution and engage with prospective students and families.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in admissions and higher education, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the admissions process and student recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, student services, or a related field, preferably in higher education.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build rapport with prospective students and families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of admissions processes, enrollment management principles, and higher education trends and regulations.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide compassionate support and guidance to students navigating the college admissions process.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for admissions events and recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
