**Position: Customer Care Executive / Customer Service Executive**

**Hiring for one of the biggest fintech firm**
- Outbound Process
- Lead generation is not involves
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

**Eligibility**:
Min. Graduate ( Fresher / Experience )

Undergraduate with 1 - 2 year of relevant experience.

**Package**:

- 18k to 20k per month + Performance linked incentives

**Working hours**: 9am to 6pm

**Working days**: Monday to Saturday

Pick and drop services provided for certain locations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
