**Responsibility -**
- Key responsibility includes providing training and up skilling of resources hired for corporate operation management
- Design and develop the training content
- Design and develop regular assessments to understand the effectiveness of the training
- Track individual performance during and after the pieces of training and conduct refresher sessions on a need basis
- Work closely with the management to address the key concern areas arising from knowledge gaps
- Responsible for managing the expectations from Internal and External Stakeholders.

**Requirement -**
- Should have 0-2 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer
- Experience in Soft Skills/ Behavioral Training
- Excellent English Language Proficiency
- Excellent spoken and written communication
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be deadline oriented
- Excellent Team Player and Good Judgment Skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
