As a Trainer, you will be responsible in every aspect of soft skills and make the new hires corporate ready.
- Responsible for leading new hire and ongoing training initiatives
- Identify the training needs
- Creating new content
- Customize training delivery
- Structuring, Planning and Implementing Training Plan.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of training content in terms of improvement opportunities.
- Maintaining Training Reports
- Collaborate across functions like operations to ensure a conductive and productive learning culture
- Employee Engagement Activities
- Sessions to help enterprise support engineers become better with language and soft skills.
- Attending reviews with business to share weekly results and achievements.
- Understanding the training needs for your accounts and coming up with appropriate action plans.
- Participate in Call calibrations to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach
- Preparing and publishing Newsletters to drive a program.
- Recruitment and Selection Interviews
- Share daily, weekly and monthly reports with the stakeholders.
- Share regular feedback with the support engineer.
- Identify areas of opportunity and develop action plan
- Able to deliver virtual trainings in a work from home environment

Pay: ₹66,470.54 - ₹75,165.16 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
