**Job Title**: US Bench Sales Recruiter with BDM Functions

**Location**: Hitech city, Hyderabad
**Experience**: 3 to 4 Years
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Shift**: US Shift (Night Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bench Sales**:

- Proactively market **bench consultants (H1B, EAD, GC, USC, OPT)** to new and existing clients/vendors.
- Regularly submit profiles to open requirements and follow up for interview feedback.
- Maintain relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and Tier-1 vendors.
- Prepare consultants for interviews and ensure smooth onboarding.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** by connecting with direct clients, prime vendors, and MSPs.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates with vendors and clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements effectively.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 3-4 years of **experience in US IT Bench Sales**, with at least **1-2 years in a client-facing or business development role**.
- Deep understanding of **US staffing processes**, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, GC, etc.).
- Strong database of existing vendors, clients, and contacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
