Market and place bench consultants through a range of activities.Proactively search and qualify requirements from job portals, professional groups, and contacts.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiations and successful deal closures.Experience with C2C hiring;

Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

**Ability to work with limited supervision and deliver results.**

Knowledge of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations.
