**Job Summary**

**Bench Sales Recruiter Position**

**Location : Hyderbad**

**Salary + good Commission with every single closure**

Minimum 4 years of US IT Bench sales experience.

As a Bench Sales Recruiter was involved in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and placing them on projects as early as possible..

Responsible for the consultants’ closures on monthly basis.

Identifying the gap in getting the profile closures and come up with solutions

Maintaining Company data security and guidelines with high priority.

Able to work from office location and should be punctual to work

Reporting the overall status of consultants on a daily basis as per company’s protocol.

Maintain Technical support network on the technologies that team is marketing and able to support consultant on Interviews and job as well.

Ability to increase company bench.

Knowledge on using all bench sale online resources effectively and training team to use it for marketing purposes.

Able to achieve monthly target

Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portals, groups and with contacts. Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfort ability used to submit the resume to the recruiter.

Speaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by manager.

Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultants

Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.

Negotiating rate with vendors & managing the long term relations with them.

Formatted resume for neat appearance and submitted it to the vendor as per consultants comfort ability.

Keeping a track record of rate confirmation and making follow ups about the submissions.

Follow up with the vendors on and after interviews schedules and coordinated between consultants and vendors.
