**Title: Bench Sales Recruiter**

As a Bench Sales Recruiter specializing in US IT Staffing, your primary responsibility will be to identify and place IT consultants who are on the bench (between projects) into suitable client engagements. You will play a critical role in maintaining relationships with bench consultants and connecting them with potential project opportunities. This role requires a solid understanding of the IT industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to match consultant skills with client requirements.
- Should have 3-5 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing).
- Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
- Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow Up.
- The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
- Strong hands-on experience in working with US Vendors.
- Updating resumes into Job Portals Like Dice, Tech-fetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, Simply-Hire, and Indeed.
- Creating a HOT list of consultants and spreading it to Rapport Contacts, Google groups, Big Hotlist, and Pro-hires on Daily Basis.
- Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
- Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, Clients, and secure new vendor relations coordinate with the Internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor Requirements. Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled and Placement done.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
