- ** Key Technical Responsibilities**:

- Proficient in Procurement Operations P2P Process Purchase order, GR&IR both in Ariba & SAP.
- Ariba Downstream capabilities, work with end sures and resolve the queries on PR & Approvals in (S/4, SAP & ARIBA).
- Should have worked on DATS & ATS Management how to Create, Change & Delete.
- Should be aware of Basic Procurement Policies & Procedures.
- Should have created PO’s, PR’s & Framework Orders in SAP & ARIBA
- Ensure to Resolve Day to Day Tickets and resolve various queries during PR & PO creations.
- Support during the Data Transition to new systems.
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly & Yearly Reports for stakeholders.
- Work closing with peer Departments and ensure Ontime payments are as company standards.
- Quarterly PO Housekeeping Clean up activity to be conducted and close PO’s which are 100% utilized.
- Knowledge on Taxation, General Ledger & Cost centers
- Connect with LCA & Affiliates and ensure proper documents are attached in the PR’s.
- Organizing Trainings & supporting the business.
- Good in PPT, Excel & SOP Preparation.
- ** Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications)**:

- Masters level degree
- 4 - 5 years of experience
- Operations experience
- Demonstrated ability to show attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to work and influence external partners
- Ability to multi-task and work on several initiatives at the same time
- Expertise knowledge of IT tools (excel) and agile learner of new IT tools/ systems
- ** Additional Skills/ Preferences**:

- Knowledgeable and experience in SAP, S4 & Ariba and eConnect
- Experience in vendor management, including invoice tracking and issue resolution
- Experience working alongside procurement or familiar with procurement processes
- Project management experience and/ or appropriate training
- People Manager & Development skills
