**Executive Assistant II**

Bangalore: India (onsite)

**About this role* **_(Responsibilities)_
- **Calendar Management**:
- Manage and maintain the executive's complex calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure the executive is prepared for upcoming meetings with necessary materials and background information.
- **Communication**:
- Manage and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Travel & Logistics**:
- Coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and managing itineraries.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Arrange for visas and other travel documents as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
- **Meeting & Event Planning**:
- Coordinate and plan meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and attendee management.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all sensitive information.
- Exercise discretion and good judgment in all interactions.

**Do you have the right ingredients*?** _(Requirements)_
- Bachelor's degree OR Masters degree in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
