**Job Purpose**

End to end responsibility of Active Infra Telecom roll out

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Responsible for ensuring accomplishment of 100% Monthly Rollout targets
- Interfacing with Partners for ensuring Field job with Installation quality and HSW compliance.
- Able to understand Field work for validation Partner billing as per I&C services.
- Knowledge of RAN & MW equipment BOQ.
- Efficient in Material management and reconciliation with Partner and WH.
- Hands on experience in Excel and Power Point with analytical ability.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Responsible for Planning and Monitoring Projects and Rollout with E2E closure considering vital project parameters i.e. Quality, Time and Budget
- Technical skill set of IP Governance
- Throughout Knowledge of all RAN technologies i.e. 2G, FDD, TDD, MIMO, MW etc.
- Managing others and team
- Administration and team building ability
- Analytical and communication skill set.
- Experience
- 6-10 years of experience in Rollout Project Management.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- B.E in Electronics and Communication.
- Sound technical skill set/ knowledge of RAN and MW
- Managing team.
- Excel, Power Point
