Job Purpose
IT Infra COE plays a critical role in designing & implementing End User Infra solutions and standards across the organization. As part of the IT Infra COE, this role focuses on embedding best practices into End User Support, driving innovation & supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.Duties and Responsibilities
Design and Implement End User Support solutions aligned with Enterprise-wide initiativesKey Decisions / Dimensions

• No Decisions to be takenMajor Challenges

• Design Industry best End User Support Systems and Processes

• Implement stable solution by coordinating with Infra & Application TeamsRequired Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications

• Engineering Graduates with experience of 8-10 years

• Work Experience

• Experience in End User Support Technology, Operations and Processes

• Experience ITIL framework and Asset Management

• Expertise in IT Service Management Domain

• Hands On experience on End User Technologies such as SCCM, MDM, Patching

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, Intune & Azure AD

• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Network

• Basic Understanding of Project Management

• Excellent relationship skills.

• Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
