Explain the Company’s products, current promotions, and processes to clients
- Provide post-sale support
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Address inbound inquiries
- Collaborate with assigned loans officer and ensure alignment
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as required
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Follow up on customer as necessary
- Good Communication Skill (English Must)

Position : Customer Service Executive - Non Voice Process

Experience : In Call Center / Chat Operations Preferred

Joining : Immediately

5 Days Working (US Shift : 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM)

Saturday & Sundays Off

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
