**DGM Construction Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Business Head in managing the organisation ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organisation.
- Complete End to end Project Planning and Execution from Project Takeover to Labour Mobilization, Productivity tracking and Project Handover.
- Ensuring that the team understands that the organisation’s profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities
- including relationships and risk management
- Identify new strategy that will support the business needs.
- Establishes successful relationships with Clients across different functional areas to ensure strategy implemented successfully.
- Bring in New sales and additional requirements to boost the business.
- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls
- Rate and Commercial finalization with client.
- Legal Agreement structuring and implementation.
- Timely Signoff and Billing certifications and collections to be cleared.
- Manage the complete P&L of the of the region.
- Build and Manage the support team to channelize the task optimally.
- Close monitoring of the progress of the project through regular review meetings.
- To supervise work at site to ensure that contractors are executing as per contract and to required quality and contract specifications and work completion is on schedule.
- To provide technical guidance on site whenever & wherever required and resolving critical issues on site and be the single point of coordination with the Regional and HO as required.
- To monitor the costs at Site periodically and ensure they are within budget.
- To assist where required in the selection of local vendors and contractors/sub-contractors
- To prepare the procurement requirement and detailed scope of work/specifications.
- To develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and contractors

**Requirement**:

- Education: BE/B.Tech Civil / B.Arch and PG - PGDCM, M.Tech / M.Sc Construction Mgmt / Project Mgmt
- Desired Skills: Leadership Skills, easily approachable, Maturity in handling or resolving complaints from the team members, Interpersonal skills.
- Experience: 12 - 15 Years

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: ₹198,116.58 - ₹1,228,777.47 per year
