Key Job Role & responsibilities:

1. Project Master Planning, Detailed Design and Zoning-Regulations.

2. Manage End to End Design-Development of large-scale Residential Group Housing, Commercial and Mixed land use Projects.

3. Demonstrate Creativity and Foresight in Design and Development of large-Scale project in Highrise Residential- Commercial and Hospitality developments

4. Displays strong architectural and master planning skills with the ability to create architectural designs through hand sketches

5. Critically analyse and ensure that architectural designs are statutorily compliant, easily buildable, errorless and properly coordinated.

6. Managing all aspects of Pre-Constructions, A/E Design Process, Feasibility Study, Site Selection, Budgeting, Scheduling, Design Management, Value Engineering and project management

7. Coordination with Master Planner and Chief Architect, Structure Designers, Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers for project kick-offs

8. Project Planning, monitoring and execution, Sound knowledge of Building bylaws, Construction codes and design standards.

9. Good to have knowledge in Land procurement through due diligence including record check, negotiations and documentation.

10. Compose/Compile all drawings and Documentations required by various sanctioning authorities for their review and approval. Track such submissions and respond to queries of such sanctioning authorities

11. Liaison with Government Offices and Development Authorities like HUDA, DTCP and other Statutory bodies for Approvals, Sanctions and Permissions related to Design-Construction and Project Management issues and followed to completions etc

12. Sound understanding of GFC, Working Drawings review and BOQ-BOM from Drawing for Costing-Budgeting and Estimations

13. Documentation of all activities, papers, maps, drawings, designs etc. for record purpose in hard and digital forms.

14. Produce/Check construction drawings using advanced design software

15. Research and select building products/materials and check/compose written specifications.

16. Conduct Project meetings and document discussions through Meeting Minutes

17. Manage the Project during the construction phase by routing RFIs and shop drawings to the appropriate member, responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, issuing architect supplemental instructions and RFPs whenever necessary.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • B. Arch/ M. Arch /M planning form premier institutes
  • Sound expertise in software of Sketch-up, Revit, Adobe, AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of Building Byelaws and Construction Codes
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly analytical.
  • Willingness to work on a variety of Project types, building forms and architectural styles.
