**Experience - Min 20 Years out of which 5yeras with same capacity in Infra Industry with revenue size of 5000 Crores& above.**

Well versed with SAP

End to end project management from planning to site mapping to monitoring on site activities and final execution of projects.

Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time overruns and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.

Performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown / preventive / corrective / routine maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum.

Facilitating continuous improvement activities to eliminate the root cause of the problem and prevent recurrence of non-conformance.

Developing systems for monitoring and improving standards in the areas of Quality, Safety & Environment.

Implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules along with fanilazing the specifications of the spare parts and establishing the quality & quantity limites.

Periodical and Preventive maintenance of Plant and Earthmoving, Concreting, Transport and Asphalt machineries.

Ensure maximum utilization of Construction Equipment and Plants.

Upkeep and maintenance of all assets / equipment.

Upgrade the assets (Plan for replacements; scrapping, write-off and disposal of old assets; Cap Ex budgeting & control; vendor identification, negotiation and expediting deliveries).

Establish system for monitoring equipment health.

Preparation of monthly / annual budget.

Planning & meeting targets of Plant & Machinery refurbishment.

Identify obsolete / non usable machinery in the company.

To coordinate assigned projects and monitor P&M functions on day to day basis.

Daily breakdown review.

Site Coordination - Monthly visit to assigned project sites.

Ensure no P&M lying at site is remain unattended / breakdown / idle condition.

Ensure all plants are operational complying safety & environment norms.

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
