Job Description We're hiring for the profile of GM/DGM - Finance and Account for Delhi location Education:  CA with PQE of 7-12 years Industry preferred:  Manufacturing Industry only Work Mode:  6-day week | 1 Saturday off + 2 WFH days BUDGET: 35 LPA FIXED MUST: Fund Raising , FPNA, Books of Accounts RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of Cash flow and banking: - Manage cashflow by adequate cashflow planning, managing collections from the customers and following up with customers for collection - Manage and oversee banking relationships, Negotiate terms and conditions for working capital loan - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational banking requirements. Accounting and book closure: - Ensure proper accounting - Finalisation of Balance sheet - Work with auditors for closure of Balance sheet Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): - Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making. - Prepare variance analyses comparing actual performance to budget and forecast. - Create dashboards and reports to present financial results to senior management.
