Job Description - Opportunity to work with a leading real estate developer in North India - Opportunity to create an impact for a one of a kind commercial development Job Description - Develop and implement leasing strategies in alignment with business objectives. - Negotiate lease agreements and ensure adherence to company policies and standards. - Build and maintain relationships with tenants and real estate agents. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. - Oversee property inspections and ensure compliance with leasing terms. - Collaborate with internal teams for marketing and operational activities. - Prepare leasing reports and provide updates to senior management. - Address tenant queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
