- 5 Years in Dispatch (Manufacturing Industry)
- Basic knowledge of computer, E-invoice and E-way Billing, Ms-Excel
- Take Dispatch Plan from PPIC
- Coordinate with different mode of transporter according to dispatch Plan.
- Take Packed boxes(FG)finished goods from Packing department and Sign on FGTN register.(Finished goods transfer Note)
- Every box must have QC approved sticker and Content label.
- Segregated the Packed boxes(FG) according to Job wise/Party wise and placed in dispatch area
- Internal follow ups within departments if material is not dispatch according to the plan.
- To raise the challan as per Requirement and check Challan is returnable or not?
- Take Docket/Builty from transporter.
- Verification of material at the time of Dispatch to ensure Material should be dispatch according to bill.
- Manage loading activites and staff
- Take Builty/LR from TransporterUpdate builty/ Receiving on Software.
- Share FG stock to PPICTo ensure vehicle verfication/checklist should be follow during dispatch maintain FG stock & register

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
