**SALES OFFICER**

Department: Sales

**Summary Description**

**Primary Duties /Responsibilities**

The Sales Manager is expected to represent the company to the customer in the highest professional manner possible and to perform the following critical tasks, but not limit themselves to the items listed below.
- Responsible for business development, sales and implementation of strategic plans to promote revenue, profitability and growth.
- **Generating leads for contract manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics business.**
- Calling customers, converting opportunities to sales, and creating a pipeline of orders for the CM business
- Co-ordinate with customer service/logistics/QC team, and ensure customer satisfaction
- To coordinate with customers including distributors, tender authorities and other related govt. officials for business.
- To Coordinate with various internal departments including Regulatory (for timely submission of dossiers, samples, GMP inspection, and the response of queries), and supply chain (for smooth dispatch and related activities including artworks.
- To resolve issues, objections, and complaints of the customers
- Record business development activities & database of prospective clients/network

**Job Standards**

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge in qualifying.

Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
Education/Experience:

- Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer management skills
- Good oral and written communications
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer skills, ability to follow-up and follow through

**Knowledge**:

- Selling principals
- Strong technical knowledge a plus
