**Job Title: Packing and Dispatch Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Processing**:

- Review and verify order details, including product quantity, type, and shipping address.
- Ensure accurate picking of products from the warehouse.
- **Packaging**:

- Pack products carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Adhere to packaging guidelines and standards.
- Affix labels and shipping documents accurately.
- **Dispatch**:

- Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule timely pickups.
- Generate shipping documents and waybills.
- Update the inventory system to reflect product movement.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages.
- Assist in stock rotation and organization.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect products for any defects or damage before packing.
- Ensure that products are packed in accordance with quality standards.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain organized records of shipments, deliveries, and returns.
- Prepare reports on shipping performance and inventory levels.
- Use basic computer skills to input data and generate reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry boxes.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
