**Job Responsibilities:

- Following up on outstanding payments and answering Internatinal customer queries.
- ConfirmProduction Status from Factory.
- Inform customer about the Dispatch.
- Order follow up and Dispatch update.
- Payment Reminder.
- Reporting & Analysis.
- **Export Documentation Work.:

- Prepare commercial invoice and packing list.
- Communicate with forwarders and CHA for shipment booking and custom clearance process.
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments and documents.
- Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders.
- Maintain export files in an organized and cataloged system.
- Support cross-functional departments involved in international business transactions.
- Submit documents to the bank for BRC.

- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
- Payment Follow up skill.
- Good with Calculation.
- Good to work independently.
- Pleasing personality.
- Good communication skill.
- Good Command on MS Office and Excel.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
