**Position: Sales / Telesales Executive - Inhouse (Male/Female)Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone/mails/WhatsApp to promote and sell products
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
- Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Follow up with leads and build long-term customer relationships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in handling objections and turning them into opportunities
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong closing capabilities

**Qualifications**
- Any graduate with good spoken English
- Spoken Hindi is an added advantage (not mandatory)
- 1-5 years of experience in telesales or inside sales preferred

**Salary & Benefits**
