**Job Description/Eligible Criteria**:

- Graduate mandatory
- Fresher/Experienced.

Salary **:21K in hand || 24K CTC**

Shifts **:DAY SHIFT (upto 8PM), any 9 hours**

Working days **:6 days working**

Week-off **:1 week-off**

**1. Customer interaction**:

- Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.

**2. Problem resolution**:

- Investigating and resolving customer problems and concerns promptly.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions for future reference.

**3. Product knowledge**:

- Staying informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
- Providing product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

**4. Communication**:

- Collaborating with other team members and departments to share customer feedback and insights.
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**5. Customer feedback**:

- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the management team to implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Relocation Bonus (2 Months' Basic Pay after 90 days from DOJ)

4. Retention Bonus (Eligible only if he/she has 24 days of attendance in a month)
