We have contracted a company base in Hyderabad, India, Harmony United Medsolutions, PVT. LTD. to provide assistance in the different aspect of operations of our company in the USA.

Job Title: Process Associate (Entry Level)

Job Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full time

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.An office management support team’s underlying focus is on problem-solving in the short term.
2.Office Management team is measured by factors like speed and quality of help received.
3.Patient Care Coordination
4.Assisting patients with paperwork, pre and post-appointments
5.Managing schedules of staff and healthcare providers.
6.Assisting patients with medication refills, prior authorization, and medical records.
7.Assisting patients with insurance eligibility.
8.Managing patient appointments.
9.Calculating employees’ productivity.
10. Enrolling healthcare providers with multiple insurance companies.

Should have excellent communication in English. (Both written and verbal)
Should be able to work in night shifts.

**Education**:
Should be a Graduate. (Bachelors in B.Tech with any Stream is preferable)
- No Cab Facility Available.
- Fixed Night Shift 5:30 pm to 4:30 am
- Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
- Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
