**About the Role**:
We are hiring a **Customer Relationship Executive** to interact with customers, manage their concerns, and build strong, long-term relationships. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Speak with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Present Solutions**: Confidently present ideas, products, or services to customers to meet their requirements.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions quickly and professionally.
- **CRM Management**: Update customer details in CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- **Reporting**: Create simple reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- **Feedback Analysis**: Use customer feedback to improve processes and enhance satisfaction.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in **English** (spoken and written) is a must.
- **Communication & Presentation Skills**: Ability to confidently talk to customers, explain ideas clearly, and convince them effectively.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for updating and preparing reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles.
- Strong speaking and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools or customer service software is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,962.00 per month
