**Introduction**:
As a Counter Sales representative specializing in Air Conditioning, you will be the face of our company to customers seeking air conditioning solutions. You will work primarily from our sales counter, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in air conditioning systems will be essential in guiding customers to make informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs regarding air conditioning products.
- Provide detailed information about various air conditioning systems, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable air conditioning unit for their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area, ensuring that all products are neatly displayed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote special offers or promotions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the air conditioning industry.
- Coordinate with other departments such as inventory management and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting assistance and warranty claims processing.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including different types, capacities, and energy efficiency ratings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions and calculating product specifications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
