**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Salesman, specializing in laptops. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, guiding them through their laptop purchase journey, and ensuring they find the perfect fit for their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their laptop needs.
- Provide detailed product information, including specifications, features, and pricing.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable laptop based on their requirements and budget.
- Demonstrate laptop features and functionalities effectively.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
- Stay updated on the latest laptop models, technologies, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of laptops, including different brands, specifications, and configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales transactions.
