**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Procurement**:

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to source high-quality ingredients, beverages, and supplies.
- Maintain a balance between cost-effectiveness and quality.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to forecast procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Implement inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Analyze and manage procurement budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or brand standards.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all purchased goods meet the restro bar’s quality standards, including compliance with food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits of supplies.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Coordinate with the culinary, bar, and operations teams for seamless supply chain management.
- Resolve any procurement-related issues promptly.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on procurement trends and opportunities.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5+ years in procurement, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory and procurement software.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
