**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to expectations.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
