**About the Company**
Solution Group of Companies is a diversified business with operations in product sales (OST), import-export (SMS), assisted reproductive technology (DAATA), and multi-functional services (MSTC). We are looking for a **smart, motivated, and dynamic Sales Executive** who can represent our brand, convert leads into clients, and grow with us.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new leads and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demos
- Promote products/services from across our brands (OST, SMS, DAATA, MSTC)
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales
- Submit daily/weekly reports and achieve monthly targets
- Attend exhibitions, health camps, and corporate outreach events (as needed)
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: BBA/Marketing)
- Minimum 1 year of sales or field marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, English)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Own two-wheeler preferred (with valid license)
