**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end translation/localization projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, translators, and internal teams.
- Prepare project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Use project management tools and software to monitor workflow.
- Handle client queries and provide timely updates.
- Maintain organized records of all project-related files and correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Communications, Management, or Languages).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in a project coordination or client-facing role is a plus.
- Knowledge of translation industry tools (like CAT tools) is an advantage but not mandatory.
