Our services include marketing, ITsolutions, and hardware sales, with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPosition: Hardware Sales & Tendering ExecutiveKey Responsibilities1. Hardware & IT Saleso Drive sales of computer hardware products, including desktops, laptops, peripherals,and accessories.o Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored recommendations to meet client specific needs.o Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.2. Tender Managemento Identify and manage opportunities on GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and othertendering platforms.o Prepare and submit tender bids, ensuring compliance with all requirements anddeadlines.o Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions andfollow up on tender progress.3. Strategy Developmento Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies to enhance hardwareproduct visibility and drive IT solutions sales.o Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor strategies that maximize salesopportunities.4. Campaign Managemento Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote hardware products throughboth online and offline channels.o Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.5. Client Engagemento Engage with potential and existing clients to identify their IT and hardware needs.o Deliver customized solutions that align with client expectations, fostering long-termrelationships and repeat business.6. Brand Promotiono Elevate brand awareness by promoting hardware products and services across variousdigital platforms, trade shows, and industry events.o Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning to enhance market presence.7. Sales Reporting & Market Insightso Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate detailed reports on salesperformance.o Provide actionable insights into competitor activities, customer preferences, and markettrends to refine marketing and sales strategies.8. Customer Supporto Respond to client inquiries regarding hardware features, pricing, and compatibility.o Offer comprehensive post-sales support to resolve any issues promptly, ensuring apositive customer experience.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
