Location: Ahmedabad, India (Work from Office)
Work Hours: UK Time Zone: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM)
**Salary**: ₹3.6-8.4 LPA (plus additional incentives based on performance)

Repair Script Limited, operating under the Repaird brand, is a UK-based company specializing in IT Hardware Repair, IT Support, and Data Recovery Services. We have recently established a presence in Ahmedabad, India, and are looking for talented professionals to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales conversions while maintaining high-quality support for our UK clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales & Lead Conversion**:
Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients regarding IT hardware repair, data recovery, and IT support services.
Use a consultative approach to assess client requirements, provide solutions, and close sales effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead management and conversion strategies.
**Customer Support**:
Provide end-to-end support to clients, including answering queries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the repair process.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely updates on job progress and repair status.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and prompt follow-up.
**Technical Assistance**:
Offer preliminary troubleshooting advice to clients on hardware issues based on their queries.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate quotes and repair timelines.
Understand IT hardware and data recovery processes to explain them effectively to clients.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Collect and respond to client feedback to enhance the quality of service provided.
**Team Collaboration**
Work closely with the UK-based team and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
**Skills & Requirements**
**Essential Skills**:
Fluency in English with a neutral or international accent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle UK-based clients professionally.
Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
**Preferred Skills**:
Background in IT hardware, data recovery, or IT support.
Familiarity with CRM tools, Trello, and ticketing systems.
Prior experience in handling international customers, preferably in the UK or similar markets.
**Experience**:
2-5 years of experience in sales, customer support, or technical support (preferably in IT services or hardware).
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary in the range of ₹3.6-8.4 LPA.
