**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular check-ins, personalized communication, and attentive support. Act as the main point of contact for customers within the sales process.
- **Inside Sales Support**:
Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and offering additional products or services. Actively participate in sales meetings to strategize and close deals.
- **Sales Qualification & Lead Management**:
Qualify leads from various channels (e.g., inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals) and convert them into long-term customers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to account management.
- **Customer Onboarding & Success**:
Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand the product/service, have access to necessary resources, and experience a smooth integration. Address any challenges that arise early in the customer relationship to ensure long-term success.
- **Account Growth & Upselling**:
Identify opportunities for account expansion by introducing additional products or features based on the customer’s evolving needs. Effectively pitch upsell and cross-sell opportunities to customers in a consultative manner.
- **Customer Retention & Engagement**:
Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor account health, resolve issues before they escalate, and ensure that customers derive maximum value from your company’s offerings.
- **Problem Resolution & Support**:
Act as a trusted advisor to resolve any customer issues or concerns. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- **CRM Management & Reporting**:
Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Regularly update customer profiles, sales opportunities, and account activity. Provide periodic reports on customer engagement, sales performance, and growth opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**:
Work closely with the inside sales team to align customer engagement strategies, share insights, and drive overall sales performance. Assist in generating leads and meeting sales targets through customer referrals and renewals.
- **Market Insights & Feedback**:
Stay informed on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to product, sales, and marketing teams to improve offerings and customer experience.
- **Sales Training & Education**:
Support customers by educating them on new features, products, and services through webinars, presentations, and tailored training sessions. Ensure customers have the knowledge to maximize the value of the products/services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
