As a Voice Process Relationship Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with high-quality support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and trust.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns effectively.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response times.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and process improvements.
- Handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
